Ostia is a real town of about 100,000 people, not a summer-only resort: shops, restaurants, markets and gyms are open all year round. Winters are mild, the seafront is perfect for a walk or a run, and Rome is only 30 minutes away by train for a day in the city or an evening out.

Are bills really included?
Yes: electricity, water, heating, air conditioning and Wi-Fi are all included in the price.
Is the Wi-Fi good enough for video calls?
Yes, both apartments have fast fibre-optic Wi-Fi, and Your New Holiday Home also has a desk with a dedicated Ethernet connection.
Can we extend our stay?
Of course, if the apartment is free: several of our guests have extended their stay for a few more weeks or months.
Which apartment is better for working?
Both work well: Your Roman Holiday Home has a separate room with a desk, Your New Holiday Home a desk with Ethernet in the hallway.

Our apartments are also ideal for medium and long stays, with all the comforts of a real home: a proper desk, fast fibre Wi-Fi and, in the two-room apartment, a dedicated Ethernet connection.
