We’re a family: Luca, his brother Daniele and their mother Gabriella. Daniele and Gabriella will welcome you in Ostia, show you the apartment and share their favourite places, while Luca looks after bookings and answers your messages in English, Italian and Spanish.

On Via delle Baleari, a quiet street in the centre of Ostia Lido: 10 to 15 minutes on foot from the beach and 5 to 10 minutes from the Metromare train stations.
The Metromare train takes about 30 minutes from Lido Centro to Porta San Paolo, where you change to Metro B for the Colosseum and the city centre.
About 15 minutes by taxi. The Cotral bus to the airport also stops near the apartments.
Yes: our direct price is lower than on Booking.com and Airbnb, with no platform fees. You pay a 30% deposit by bank transfer and the balance a week before arrival.
